摘要
The fault of power distribution network may lead to customers power failure interruption. To nalyze and evaluate the power failure interruption caused by distribution network fault, this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation indices set for power distribution network fault power failure. The normal cloud model is considered to be able to overcome the uncertainty, randomness and fuzziness of evaluation index values. Based on normal cloud model, a method of risk assessment for power failure interruption is proposed. Making a southeast city of China as example, we verified the method. And the results may give some suggestions on power distribution network operation maintenance.
