摘要：
The basic problems of management of resources of the State petroleum fund of the Azerbaijan Republic are considered. The special attention is given to "the Contract of century" - to development of the block of deposits Azery, Chigrag and Gyuneshly. Economic problems, characteristic for the countries with "petroleum economy" are marked. The complex of actions for their solving is given.
