The problem of the explosion of a cord charge on the surface of the ground is studied within the solid-liquid formulation of the pulse-hydrodynamic model. The rectilinear segments of the soil free surface adjacent to the cord charge are inclined to the plane of the charge at certain angles. The exact solution to the problem is given.
