摘要：

In order to enhance the quality of talent training, this research was carried out towards the issue "The research and practice of innovative talent training model for the undergraduates of economics & management". The result indicates the innovative talents have higher comprehensive quality, a better learning ability, a practicing ability, and an innovative ability. In accordance with the concept "Cultivating the students' comprehensive ability", there are some following advices that are the establishment of innovative culture, the strengthening of practical teaching, enhancing the students' practical ability, attaching more importance to the innovative ability and so on.
