摘要
Understand the importance of core stability exercises for healthy individuals. Understand how to perform resistance exercises for the development of muscular endurance, muscular strength, and muscular power in the core musculature. Understand the potential advantages and disadvantages of performing resistance exercises on unstable equipment (e.g., Swiss ball, wobble board, and balance disc).
