摘要
The right to cultural identity is one of the most important rights, since when enforcing this right is to make people feel they belong to a certain social group, and within these groups we have the indigenous peoples, as point that has been collected in international standards in our own political constitution of the Peruvian state; but, even so, this right of the indigenous peoples and specifically of the Peruvian Amazon, have been violated by the state, many times because it has not respected the culture that these peoples have built for decades, and on the contrary has policies of non-interculturality have been applied, thus causing discrimination of the cultural identity of said peoples, since it violates the fact that indigenous peoples have an active participation within the country, and specifically within the Peruvian Amazon, constituting said peoples as lacking formal recognition within society.
