An Analysis on Development Policy of Environmental Finance in China

Environmental Finance is the commanding height innovation of current finance, whose development depends on a favorable environment and condition, and cannot be separated from policy support. How to mobilize the enterprises and financial owners to positively involve in the development and construction of the environmental finance industry is a core issue of the financial development of China. In this paper, based on analysis of Chinese policy issues of current environment finance, we have put forward environmental and financial policies of development proposals, including the following three aspects: economic policies, management policies and technology policies on the Environmental Finance. At the same time, the improvement strategies of balanced-development for the government, the enterprises and the financial owners have been given.
