摘要：

The correlation between the ownership structure and corporate performance has been a hot research issue. Based on the 2007 cross - sectional data, this paper made an empirical analysis on ownership structure and corporate performance of China's listed chemical companies, by using CROA as dependent variable and ownership structure as independent variables. The results showed that: 1) shares of China's listed chemical companies are more concentrated, 2) there is no significant correlation between stock concentration and corporate performance, and 3) there is also no correlation between the proportion of state - owned shares, corporate shares and the public shares and corporate performance.
