摘要：
Hyperhomoeysteinaemia has been identified as an independent risk factor for atherosclerotic and thromboembolic diseases such as cerebro-vascular diseases, coronary artery disease and venous thrombosis. This review will discuss the role of high levels of plasma homocysteine in stroke disease.
