摘要：

With the improvement of the social demand for talents, how to use the internet to reform college English teaching has become an important issue. The reform of college English teaching is the inevitable demand of the development of the times, and it is also an important approach to improve the cultivation of talents. Under the background of internet plus, colleges should seize opportunities and meet challenges to update teaching concept, reshape organizational system, promote mobile learning and reform safeguard mechanisms to really enhance the efficiency of English classroom teaching.
