This paper discusses the learning of Adaptive Physical education for children with special needs in which the learning of adaptive physical education becomes one of the means of fulfillment of the unique needs of the "unique" of each child with special needs, In the adaptive education of physical education we can help children with the need specifically to correct the condition that can be repaired from the mental or physical limitations thus expected special needs children can increase the quality of himself and can develop his potential in the field of sports.
