摘要
A minimized optical lens head for dual-beam super-resolution optical storage system which is based on Stimulated Emission Depletion (STED)-like process with Petabyte data capacity is proposed. The whole bulky optical path is simplified to a customized metasurface with a diameter of 50m, which generates a focused Gaussian beam and a donut beam overlapped perfectly in space. The specially designed lens head offers a distinct performance of chromatic aberration-free design with adaptability to multiple dual-beam combinations.
