摘要
Rural urbanization construction is an inevitable product in the certain stage of economic development, and plays a connecting link between the preceding and the intermediary function in the process of economic and social development, it can regulate effectively the urban-rural dual structure, narrow the gap between our country and city, which is one of the effective paths to solve the "San Nong" issues and achieve rural modernization. To promote continuously increasing peasants' income is a major task of our country in the new period of economic and social development in China, and it is also one of the biggest "San Nong" issues. It directly affects the development of our country in the new rural construction and national lifeline. Increasing continuously peasants' income benefits to our country rural urbanization .Nowadays, our country is in the stage of rural urbanization, the income of farmers has a marked improvement, we can't only improve short-sighted, but also should to think comprehensively about present and the trend in the future of our country farmers' income, to make our country rural go out a sustainable development of rural urbanization path. To solve this problem, this paper adopts metrology and survey of fact to analyze and study comprehensively structure of peasants' income and quantity of the present situation in the rural urbanization construction of Heilongjiang province through constructing reasonable model, to put forward the corresponding solution countermeasures depend on the existing problems.
