摘要：

Due to the importance of the coal enterprise and its relatively higher risk, this paper make a comprehensive analysis of corporate financial indicators, put forward improved efficiency coefficient method constructing early risk warning system, predicted enterprise financial risk warning degrees, then operator take effective prevention and control measure, eliminated the crisis in the embryonic stage.
