摘要：
Through combing the evolution history of the information technology application at Olympic Games, this article analyses the scope, the information system structure, the function and the value of information technology at the large-scale comprehensive games. The purpose is to provide a quite clear research frame for the researchers who use information technology, and also to form the analysis basis for the sponsors' cost-benefit investment of information technology.
