Thinking on the Countermeasures of Postgraduates' Developing Psychological Problems

The postgraduate is a community who bears the high expectation of society and family, they have high self-orientation and strong achievement motivation, so the psychological health condition of postgraduates has its own particularity. As a result of the unremitting pursue of self-value, postgraduates' psychological problems are mainly manifested as developing psychological problems. In view of this phenomenon, the developing psychological guidance has become the inevitable choice and dominant form of postgraduates' psychological guidance. This article starts from the basic concept of developing psychological guidance, describes the inevitability and the content of postgraduates' developing psychological guidance, and proposed systematical countermeasures to the development of postgraduates' developing psychological guidance.
