摘要：

This clinical report describes complete- mouth implant rehabilitation with modified monolithic zirconia FDPs. The framework was designed with monolithic zirconia occlusal surfaces to minimize the possibility of chipping of veneering porcelain, and the veneering porcelain was applied only on the facial surfaces to improve the esthetic outcome. The prostheses provided satisfactory function and esthetics after 1 year of service. Further long-term clinical studies of monolithic zirconia frameworks are necessary to compare the outcomes with other designs of zirconia-based FDPs. © 2013 by the Editorial Council for The Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry.
