Review of Training Programs Evaluation

Establishing training evaluation system is not only the ultimate effect of the training test, but also is an important way to standardize the training of relevant personnel. Foreign researchers have done a lot in the training program evaluation of, in theoretical models, research methods and ideas and other aspects of our country has a good reference. This paper gives a brief review in model of training evaluation and research methodologies.
