摘要：
In view of the current problems in Higher Education in China, this paper probes into the training strategy of creative talents in art and design specialty, put forward the concept of art design education keeping pace with the times, reasonable planning of teaching content and education system, pay attention to practical courses, carry out the combination of schools and enterprises, improve the internship system, cultivate entrepreneurial culture, and set up entrepreneurship courses and other measures, targeted to strengthen the students' practical ability and innovative ability, build up the line with the market and social standards, and then summed up the training strategy for innovative art design professionals in Colleges and universities.
