摘要
The transmission electron microscopy and the X-rays methods are investigated structure of the TiNi and the Ni3Fe alloys. The first alloy has martensitic transformation and the second has order-disorder phase transformation. The structural changes are compared with date on measuring of electrical conductivity after phase transformation, plastic deformation, irradiation and heating. The established correlation between electrical resistance and microscopic structure of alloys enables to make a conclusion about the state of material after processing.
