摘要
In recent years, food safety issues occur frequently, the risk of the food supply chain is intensified. Accordingly, the study of the food supply chain risks increasingly, mainly in the identification, assessment and prevention of food supply chain risk. Among them, the supply chain risk identification is the basis of risk assessment and prevention, and effective risk identification helps to reduce the loss of supply chain risks, so, the systematic analysis of food supply chain risk identification is of great importance. From the point of view of "food and supply chain risk," this essay analyses the risk of identification study of the food supply chain systematically; finally, it points out the lack of existing research, and looks forward to the future research, aiming at further promotion in the researches of identification of food supply chain risk.
