摘要：

Fierce competition in today's rapidly changing economic environment, the company must establish a sound corporate governance mechanism, in order to strengthen its competitiveness; General manager of corporate governance in the primary leader of the company's response to the business environment of the test must be the general manager of professionalism in order to develop a clear proper management decisions. Empirical results show significant positive impact of the general manager and the longer the term of the higher professional level of corporate performance was. The general manager turnover, part-time situation it's of having a significant negative impact on company performance.
