摘要
This paper investigates the program of the steering knuckle for bench durability experiment. Separate loaded program of the steering knuckle is validated to execute the steering knuckle for bench durability experiment. The FEM method is used to simulate the experiment. By comparing the experimental and simulated results, the accuracy of the life prediction of this steering knuckle for bench durability experiment by using FEM method is recognized. This experiment will be used to evaluate the residual life of the steering knuckle which has finished the proving ground durability experiment.
