摘要
Problems are considered for creating ceramic matrix composites (CMC) in the system Si3N4-SiCf under hot pressing conditions. Results are provided for expert evaluation of physicomechanical properties and study of composite microstructure by electron microscopy and x-ray spectral microanalysis. Comprehensive analysis of microstructure makes it possible to reveal features of its formation within CMC and the behavior of different types of SiCf fibers under conditions of the technology developed. A further increase in the level of CMC properties in this system will be found in creating an interphase layer of optimum composition, controlling fiber and matrix cohesion.
