摘要
A rapid and convenient method is proposed for inverse determination of the material performance parameters in sheet metal forming, which is combined with the FEM and the genetic algorithm. In the iterative algorithm, the thickness value is selected as the evaluation value which is easily measured from the stamped parts. Parameter inverse determination process can be described as, the value of thickness from finite element simulation and that from actual measured in the least-squares sense minimum, ultimately determine the parameter value. The thickness-sensitive material performance parameters can be acquired through the orthogonal experiment. Finally, through the comparison of numerical simulation results with the application of the parameters obtained by inverse determination and measured results from actual stamping parts, it is proved that the algorithm is effective, reliable, accurate.
