摘要：
This study tests the relationship between innovation strategies and organization performance, and examines the moderating role of environmental uncertainty in manufactory industry. We find that incremental innovation and radical innovation both influence the organizational performance positively. In a more uncertain environment the role of radical innovation on organization performance will be weakened. The further discussion will be given at last.
