摘要
Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) has been increasingly studied in recent years. With the rapid development of PHM technology, it is widely applied in military industry, aerospace and the other advanced manufacturing industry. This paper proposes a cloud based PHM framework, its objective is to achieve Max-OEE (to Maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness) through PHM technology and standardization algorithm in order to meet the increasing requirement from the different industry.
