摘要：

With the further implementation of teaching reform, people come to realize the importance of English quality education in rural areas. Based on the survey of present English teaching at rural primary schools of Shangqiu, the writer, pedagogically and psychologically, tries to reveal the present English teaching and the issues to be resolved and explore the efficient ways on quality education of English teaching so as to quicken the process of English quality education in some rural areas of Shangqiu, even in those of Henan.
