摘要：
As a new model of engineering management, the agent construction system not only improve the level of the engineering project management, but also enhance the efficiency of project management. But actually, there are still many risks in the process of project construction. Focusing on the risk of agent construction system in engineering project, this paper analyzes the origin of the risk. The study applies the means of risk control and risk transfer, and establishes comprehensive risk index system through case study. The system can be applied to scientifically evaluate level of risk and standardize management risk.
