Obstacle location-allocation problem in stochastic environment

摘要
Obstacle location-allocation problem with stochastic demands is formulated as expected cost minimization model, alpha-cost minimization model and probability maximization model according to different criteria. For solving the models efficiently, the Dijkstra shortest path algorithm, simplex algorithm, simulation and genetic algorithm are integrated to produce a hybrid intelligent algorithm. Finally, some numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
