摘要
The existing residential building energy-saving reconstruction is a huge complex project with several respective participants, the enormous investment and a long period of construction. There are lots of difficulties hindering its successful operation, especially in financing mechanism. This paper, based on the previous studies, focuses on the interest demands of various participants, proposes financing model for the existing residential building energy-saving reconstruction with the cooperative game theory. In this paper, the participants in the environment are mutual cooperative, and they make decisions from the overall interests. The financing model including the players, the strategies and the payoffs, is studied to transfer the financing problem into a cost allocation problem.
