Cluster analysis in dietary behaviour assessment of students

摘要：
A group of 564 students from four regions of Poland was subject to assessment of significance of 20 factors influencing the choice of dinner meals. The cluster analysis enabled us to identify two groups of respondents. The first group consisted of consumers who are health-conscious while choosing meals. The other group are students who found none of the analysed factors important while choosing meals. (c) 2005 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
