With the arrival of the knowledge economy era, enterprises should attach great importance to laying down and carrying out several functional strategies including the talent strategy, the innovation strategy, the image strategy, and the culture strategy, and so on As a new kind of achievement of the enterprise management, the strategic enterprise management aims to rise to challenges from external environment and put themselves in an invincible position.
