Knowledge assessement in high-tech project management

The existing standard project management model can not fully reflect the knowledge-intensive characteristic of the high-tech project, not fully reflect the influence of information technology to project management. To the traditional project management, we should increase content of knowledge management to the high-tech project management, and seek the more perfect project management theory and method so as to adapt the development of high-tech. Based on the characteristics of high-tech.. and the inapplicability of the traditional project management model to high-tech, this paper analyses the idea changes of high-technology project management, and discusses the main content, target, technical support and system design of knowledge management in high-tech project management.
