摘要
In this writing, we briefly talk about a training proposal for undergraduate students, in which they are involved in two types of learning experiences, which allows them to acquire not only the knowledge in ICT skills necessary for the design of learning content making use of information and communication technologies (ICT) but also manage to apply their resource in a work context such as a class with primary school children. In the training process, a portion of the graduates is trained with the vicar experience through videos, where a model teacher is shown who develops and applies a learning content of work. The other students are incorporated into a training process with interactive social experience through instructions in a teacher-student relationship to the elaboration and learning content. The research aims to arrive at results that indicate which of the two experiences allows the greatest acquisition and transfer of ICT skills to the labor field.
