Study on the performance of multi-functional polyurethane coated fabric

T/C fabrics as base cloths were processed with fire retardant. Under certain process conditions, polyurethane coated fabrics were made from polyurethane solution, flame retardant and other auxiliaries, then performances of polyurethane coated fabrics were tested and analyzed. It was found that fire retardant not only has an effect on waterproof and moisture permeability Of polyurethane coated fabrics to some degree, but also makes the coated fabric have good fire-retardant function. Thus the results were got that the polyurethane coated fabrics have waterproof, moisture permeability and fire-retardant performances simultaneously.
