Organization's Social Responsibility and the Employment of Female Graduates

Organization is a collective or a group which collaborates in accordance with certain procedures to achieve certain goals, and is a kind of structures with both powers and responsibilities. In recent years, the difficulty of employment to university graduates has become increasingly prominent, especially to female students. Based on stakeholder theory, Government, Enterprises, Universities and university graduates are stakeholders. It is the social responsibility which the organizations should fulfill to actively support and receive employment of female graduates, which is helpful to build a harmonious society and to improve the overall society interests.
