摘要：
Real estate is a capital-intensive industry. Competition in the real estate industry has come to the capital competitive time. Especially for small and medium real estate companies, to solve the financing problem is imminent. From the dynamic game model of the small and medium enterprises and banks financing, the paper analyzes the bank and enterprises financial problems and reasons, presents some financing ways for our small and medium real estate companies and some policy recommendations.
