摘要
Motivated by the extensive applications of cyber physical system (CPS) enabled by internet of things (IoT), the massive connects from machine-type devices has imposed great challenge on the existing framework of random access. To relieve the conflict between the enormous connecting demand and scarce wireless resources in the massive machine-type communication (mMTC), we propose a joint random access (RA) and data transmission procedure, which can avoid access failure for lack of sufficient resources for data transmission, and dynamically harmonize the number of devices accessing and transmitting in each slot by means of queuing system between the stages of RA and data transmission. Then, we propose the corresponding joint ACB control and resource allocation scheme. Resorting to the asymptotic queuing analyses, with the acceptable queue-length violation probability, we achieve the optimal tradeoff in resource allocation between the PRACH and PUSCH. Sufficient numerical results have been presented to demonstrate the superiority of our proposed scheme relative to existing schemes.
