摘要：
This paper presents a voltage mode all-pass filter, with a MOSFET transistor, two resistors, a capacitor and an inverting voltage buffer. It is expected to be simpler compared to integrator based MOSFET-C counterparts. The functionality of the proposed circuit is verified with SPICE simulations.
