摘要
In this research, anti-windup compensation for the water level control of a spray flash desalination system with flow rate limitations is considered. First, the water level models for the design of control system are described, where, as the outputs of the plant model, water levels of the flash chamber and the after condenser are selected. Secondly, the control system with saturation nonlinearity and time delay is constructed by using two PI controllers with anti-windup compensator. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed control system, simulations were conducted. The simulation results indicate that the adverse effects by the flow rate limitations can be sufficiently suppressed.
