摘要
The goal of the new electricity reform in China is to set up a relatively independent power trading institutions, with the main responsibility is to provide standardized, reliable, efficient and high-quality power trading services in accordance with the laws and regulations. This paper selects sonic representative and sampled indexes and constructs a service capability evaluation index system for provincial power trading center. Then, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to carry out expert scoring and weight calculation of the indexes, thus, the importance ranking of different indexes is obtained. In addition, Fuzzy Recognition Theory is used to establish the service capability evaluation model. Taking a provincial power transaction as an example, an empirical analysis is taken to evaluate the service capability, then, according to the evaluation results, some countermeasures to improve the service capability is given.
