摘要
This paper presents a Modelling of photovoltaic module with POWERSIM. The effect of irradiation and temperature on PV module parameters was well detailed in this modeling. The PV module is the interface who converts light to electricity. Modeling this device need grabbing meteorological data (irradiance and temperature) as input variables and the output may be power, voltage, current or other. However, these two variables must be taken into account to plot the characteristics I-pv(V-pv) or P-pv(V-pv). Any change in the inputs forthwith implicates changes in outputs. For this reason, it is foremost to utilize a specific model for the PV module. The exclusive model is the three diode model with the series resistor fur bigger precision. The detailed modelling is afterwards simulated step by step utilizing POWERSIM software.
