Investigation and Analysis on the training mode of Applied Talents in Private Higher Vocational Colleges - Taking Qingdao Huanghai College as an Example

This paper, with Qingdao Huanghai College as the research object, by researching on the literature data, questionnaire survey, interviews, statistics and other methods, personnel of the school culture, reveal the problem of training applied talents in private colleges and analyzes the reasons. Finally, from four aspects, the application type talents training countermeasure provides a reference for other private colleges and universities in the future development and higher education professional talents cultivation.
