摘要
In the context of the innovation-oriented city construction, universities and businesses should strengthen interaction and exchange, provide the countermeasures and mode of innovative talents' training and the businesses' needs so as to supply the basis and reference for reforming universities' traditional talents' training mode, and serving for local economy and business development. In the context of the innovation-oriented city construction, the competition among businesses, especially those in the same field, is increasingly intense. The ultimate result of business competition consists in talent competition. The innovative talents owned by businesses are the backbone of businesses' market competition. Hence, the demands of businesses to innovative talents has become an inevitable requirement for the development of the times, and will be imperative for enhancing the ability of defending market risks of businesses. Universities bear the great responsibility of cultivating innovative talents. But nowadays, with 42 innovation-oriented pilot cities approved in China, the amount of innovative talents cultivated by universities can't meet the needs of businesses, not to mention of meeting the needs of innovation-oriented pilot city businesses. It has been proved that the rapid development of the U.S. economy lies in the innovative education and innovative talent cultivation. ([1].)
