Cultivation Pattern of Financial Undergraduate Innovation Talents with Modern Information Technology

The reform and development of finance needs finance innovative talents who can do well in theory and practice. However, compared to developed countries, the different levels of ability among financial workers in China leads to passive conditions when participate in the international financial competition. Therefore, the cultivation of finance innovative talents has become the chief goal in the construction of financial major so that we can improve this unfavorable position. After analyzing the different cultivation patterns for finance innovative talents at home and abroad, we propose "division" cultivation pattern based on "one stop" cultivation idea. The pattern emphasizes both the undergraduate's character and specialization and the succession of cultivation pattern.
