摘要
As one form of working atmosphere, the research of ethical climate mostly focused in business ethics and cognitive and affective variables, few people involved in performance, especially in employee's contextual performance. This paper extended the outcome variables of ethical climate to contextual performance, and two concepts (Organizational commitment, Personality traits) was introduced on the base of researching the related literatures, finally we put forward the action mechanism and ideal model. As well, we demonstrated the practicability and meaning of researching ethical climate and contextual performance and the future research direction.
