Feasibility Analysis of Educational Resources Integration Between General University and Vocational College-Taking Senior Talent of Management Training Mode for Minority Students in Guizhou University of Finance and Economics

As a provincial key financial and economical university of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics (GUFE), it possessed discipline advantages in minority talent of management training and specific but effective cultivation environment, such as numerous scientific research institutions, experimental educational model centers and innovational experimental areas. As general university, GUFE and guizhou vocational schools (GZVS) showed their own comparative advantages in teachers, testing grounds, foreign cooperation, specialties and course construction, et al. By integrating educational resources, and further developing minority education function of general university, it had important theory significance and realistic guiding meanings on reinforcing minority talent of management training and on cultivating and forming unique school-running features to serve minority regional society and economic development. Therefore, it was essential for us to analyze feasibility to integrate educational resources between GUFE and GZVS on minority talent of management training, to supply the theoretical model of minority talent of management training in general university, especially the cultivation pathway choice and the training system design.
