摘要：
Personalized Information Service (PIS) is a significant development in knowledge-based era of information service. PIS provides a high-level service model to meet the diversified requirements of specialized knowledgeable informative users. Web2.0 is user-oriented technical service offered by network and Lib2.0 is its application in the library. This paper presents concept of Wcb2.0, analysis of typical characteristics of Lib2.0 in Web 2.0 environment and probes the related technologies and application forms of PIS provided by Lib 2.0 aiming at different information needs of users.
