There are many advantages of arousing the students' study enthusiasm and enhancing teaching attractiveness to use multi-media technology effectively in the ideological and political theory in colleges and universities. But in particular teaching process, there are inevitably some disadvantages to affect the teaching effect. It's very important to know how to use multi-media technology rationally in teaching.
